About BRLY
Our Story
We founded BRLY in 2022 with a simple objective – to provide care that is good enough for our families. BRLY stands for Brigitte and Lycia, the names of our mothers who passed away not so long ago and have been the catalyst for us to focus on the home care sector.
Geoff and Jim
We have known each other for over 20 years and we bring our experience in building successful technology businesses and working in the investment world to the care sector. We are passionate about providing high-quality care and building a business that makes a positive impact.
What we are looking for?
We are looking for a business located in London and the South of England, with an outstanding care record and an existing second-tier management structure in place that is committed to the business for the long-term. We are not looking to make fundamental changes to any business and looking to caretake the legacy of the owners that have come before us.
We are also looking for interesting technology or wider social care related businesses who are seeking investments and partnerships.
Our Latest Acquisition
All About Home Care; it is rated ‘outstanding’ by the CQC and the highest-rated independent home care company in West Kent. We had immediate alignment with the previous owners in our commitment to high quality care and our emphasis on caring also for our carers. The previous owners have said we ‘demonstrated strong integrity throughout’ and ‘would recommend us as conscientious buyers’.
